In the evenings, with a canopy of stars above and goosebump views, enjoy a sundowner out in the bush or around the fire on the deck at camp. After a sumptious dinner, and night cap, retire to your luxury tent and kingsize beds, from where you may be lucky to hear the call of the Leopard reverberate through the cliffs surrounding the camp. Each of the Luxury Tents tents has a bathroom en suite, as well as an additional "bush bathroom" outside. We are the only Luxury Tented Camp that offers FAMILY UNITS, luxuriously spacious tents, that sleep 5 people. They consist of 2 tents on a deck with bathrooms en suite and an outside "bush bathroom". One tent has a kingsize bed, and the adjoining tent has 3 twin beds, or a double bed and twin bed, and bathroom en suite. We promote predator protection and are closely linked with the Ingwe Leopard Project and Predator Protection Plan in the area.

Just off the the scenic Panorama Route and within a short drive to the Kruger Park as well as Dullstroom, Graskop, Sabie, Pilgrim's rest, Hazyview.

Black Leopard Camp is situated on the R37 (Polokwane/Burgersfort Road) outside Lydenburg/Mashishing. When leaving the town of Lydenburg/Mashishing,exit the town on the R36 towards Origstad, then just outside of town turn left onto the R37 to Burgersfort/Polokwane. Travel on this road,(R37) for 15km, and just below the cell phone tower at the top of the hill, you will come to our large sign on your left. Turn up the short dirt road towards the cell phone tower - keeping right - and follow the road up to the parking area at the Reserve Managers house. You will leave your car here and will be transferred from the parking area in a 4 x 4 vehicle through the Reserve, to the Tented Camp. This is a 45min transfer/slow game drive.
