Gallery Guest House is a beautiful, spacious one bedroom garden cottage, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We offer quality self-catering accommodation, comfortably sleeping two adults and two children. We spoil our guests with luxuries such as goose down duvets, cotton percale bedding, privacy, a gallery of fine art to enjoy. Relax, read or watch TV (DSTV/Satellite TV) in the spacious living area that opens up onto the patio and garden. The fold out sleeper bed creates a comfortable double bed for the children (or single adult) – bedding will be provided for this. Enjoy your meals at the oak table inside or spend summer evenings on the sheltered north facing patio outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, small stove and oven, a microwave oven, toaster and kettle as well as stylish cutlery, crockery and cookware. We pay attention to fine detail, such as complimentary candles, tea and filter coffee, a portable braai (barbeque) with fire lighters (wood also available) and board games and books. For your convenience, laundry and cleaning services are also available. The cottage contains a lovely, sunny bedroom with a cast iron double bed (with a comfortable mattress) and high quality linen, as well as more than enough cupboard space. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin with liquid soap, candles and crisp, white bath sheets. A private garden entrance (lockable) leads to your garden area, patio and entrance to the cottage. Motion activated lighting, for your convenience and safety, welcomes your arrival in the evening. Our guesthouse is situated at 66 Franshoek Rd (c/o Erica Road), Durbanville Hills, Durbanville. Directions from Cape Town International Airport: Take the Borcherds Quarry Road M22 towards Bellville when you leave the airport. Then turn north onto Modderdam Road (M10) still towards Bellville. Turn left onto 35th ave (Giel Basson Dr) M12. Continue on the M12 (crossing Voortrekker Road) and get onto the N1 towards Paarl. Take the exit nr 23, R301 turn off: Durban Road / Willie van Schoor Ave. Continue towards Durbanville past the Tyger Valley Centre on your left, past the rose garden on your left and turn left into Centinal Drive. At the T-junction turn right into Franshoek Road. We are number 66 on your right, at the stop street.
