Dishwasher Washing Machine Microwave Kettle Toaster Fridge/Freezer The apartment has two balconies, the main one faces the harbour and is the ideal place to enjoy a wonderful meal or just relax whilest enjoying the magnificent sea view and the second balcony leads off from the kitchen with lovely mountain views. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed with open plan full en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.The bedroom has a gas fireplace, underfloor heating and opens out onto the main patio. The second Bedroom has twin single beds. This room can also be converted into a King bed if required. There is an en-suite open plan bath and a seperate toilet. The bedroom has underfloor heating The third Bedroom has 2 Single beds, with an en-suite bathroom, which has an open plan bath, sink and shower and seperate toilet.The bedroom has underfloor heating The Majestic Village has a pool, sauna & spa available to tenants. The property is serviced twice a week. Additional servicing can be arranged at the tenant’s expense. Linen is changed once a week.

Kalk bay is a picturesque small fishing village with breathtaking views of False Bay and just 30 minutes drive from Cape Town Kalk Bay is extremely trendy with quirky little delis, coffee shops, antique stores, bars and Restaurants, situated along the cobbled streets.
