Our guest house is within 5 km from the Durban Southern Industrial Area (Mobeni, Jacobs and Prospecton). However, this does not have any impact on our beautiful wooded suburb. Yellowwood Park is the nearest suburb to Mobeni, Jacobs, Prospecton and Coedmore which is the hub for major industrial industries such as Toyota and NPC. In addition there is also several trade training centres where the majority of companies sent their trainees. Being less than 0.5km from the Stainbank Nature Reserve our suburb has a close to nature feel and look with lots of beautiful shady trees and gardens. Nicorene has lovely views over this green area as well as a part of Durban. Yellowwood park is directly opposite of the Bluff and its beaches and can thus cater for the business guests as well as holiday makers
