The hotel is situated in a quiet yet accessible leafy suburb of Cape Town, known as the Constantia Valley, which evolved from the very first wine-producing farms established in the Cape colony, as early as 1685. Today, Constantia is a prime residential suburb, offering country-living in a peace and privacy, as well as total security while still very close to Cape Town's city centre. Some of the most picturesque trips through the Cape Town vineyards, the Tokai forest plantation or Table Mountain National Park can be organized directly from the hotel. All major services (banks, post office, shops etc) are within one or two miles distance. It typically takes 15-20 minutes to drive to the city and the V&A Waterfront (taxis can be arranged by our concierge).

Should you prefer a self-drive, the driving instructions are as follows: - from the airport, take the N2 towards Cape Town and follow it for 10 kilometers - exit onto the M3 South (direction Muizenberg) and carry on for 9.5km - exit at the Kendal Road off-ramp and turn right onto Kendal Road, direction Tokai - turn left at the T-junction onto Spaanschemat River Road, direction Tokai. Follow the road for 2km - turn right into Welbeloond Road and then immediately first right into Muscat Lane South.
