Sugar Valley Guest House is situated in Durban North and provides excellent accommodation at a level of comfort second to non on the KwaZulu-Natal Coast in South Africa, having all of the facilities expected by today's discerning guests. Our self catering guest house is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably in the three bedrooms. However, an additional bed can be arranged if required. The guest house is suitable for both able bodied people as well as persons with disabilities or for family wanting to get away to Durban for the Holidays. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite shower (equipped for wheelchair access). The second bedroom has a double bed with a shared bathroom with bath. The third bedroom has two three quarter beds with a shared batthroom with bath. All three rooms are fitted with air-conditioners. The kitchen is fully equipped has all you will need for self catering including a fridge freezer with ice machine and water dispenser. We offer a shopping service for those who require this facility. The air-conditioned lounge area is complete with flat screen HD LCD TV with DSTV and PVR decoder as well as wirless internet connectivity. An additional sleeper couch can be made available if required. APPROACHING FORM N2 SOUTH Travel on N2 in a northerly direction, pass Umgeni Road turn-off and the Nandi Drive turn-off, and take the KwaMashu turn-off (before Umhlanga). At the traffic light turn right into North Coast Road. At the 3rd traffic light turn left into Rinaldo Road (at “Brick City” on your left). Keep going all the way until you reach the T-Junction. Turn left into Umhlanga Rocks Drive. Continue north towards Umhlanga, at the 2nd traffic light (Garage on the Left) turn left into Sagewood and continue to the 4-way stop. Turn right into Glen Anil Street. We are number 41 at the bottom of the hill on the left before you go around the corner. APPROACHING FROM N2 NORTH Travel on N2 in a southerly direction. Take the Umhlanga Rocks Drive turn off. At the traffic lights turn left onto the M41. Then take second Umhlanga Rocks glide off to Umhlanga Rocks Drive. At the traffic light turn right into Umhlanga Rocks Drive. Travel through 2 traffic circles and just keep going until you reach the 2nd set of robots, the garage will now be on your right. Turn right into Sagewood. Continue to the 4-way stop and turn right into Glen Anil Street. We are number 41 at the bottom of the hill on the left before you go around the corner.
