Graskop is a small logging town on the edge of the escarpment and at the start of the Blyde River Canyon - the largest green canyon in the world. The town is surrounded by high mountains. We are situated at 1424m above sea level and the top of Long Tom Pass is 2400m. Pine forests are the life-blood of the village whilst the scenic beauty is unparralleled with numerous waterfalls and scenic views into the canyon. Situated 50km from the Kruger National Park day trips are easy. Various animal rehabilitation centres are to be found in the close proximity of Graskop

From Sabie/Pilgrim's Rest. Cross over all the stop streets, turning neither left nor right. Pass the SPAR in Richardson Street on your right. Turn left into Leibnitz Street. (Westlodge directional sign on the corner) Cross over three intersections and then turn right into Vermeulen Street (Westlodge directional sign on the corner) Go around the corner. We are on the left From Hazyview/Bushbuck Ridge. Turn right at the second stop sign and follow the directions above passing the SPAR on your right From Blyde River Canyon. We are on the right as you enter the village. Turn first right; right again; right again and we are on the left.
