Tafika Zambezi Fishing Safaris currently have 2 luxury fishing camps on the Lower Zambezi, Tafika & Shamashanga offering some of the most impressive sport fishing and game viewing in the Zambezi Valley. Both camps are fully catered facilities inclusive of accommodation, all meals, refreshments, boats and equipment also including 50 litres of fuel per day. Each camp has a team of professional river guides who are there to assist you with finding the best fishing or game viewing spots, preparation of fishing equipment and also with refreshments and light meals. Shamashanga accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 large, luxury East African style tents. The camp is situated near the old G-Camp site in the Sapi Safari Area. Each walk-in tent has a private en suite bathroom with shower and are furnished to a high standard with twin ¾ beds. There is a large main lodge housing the dining room, bar and lounge area. There is an outside open-fire-pit with fantastic views over the Zambezi perfect for pre-dinner sundowners and post dinner coffees. There is a small plunge pool situated off to the side, out of view of the main lounge and dining area.
