Linyanti is a beautiful wilderness on the Linyanti River (now called the Chobe River) in Botswana. The park is home to amazing wildlife and great viewing opportunities. The river provides water for the thousands of Elephants, Zebras, and Antelopes. The ecosystem with it’s thousands of streams and swaps also provide a habitat for birds.

The Linyanti Reserve is famous for the dawn chorals that the birds joyfully contribute to the peacefulness of the area.  The bird watching opportunities are wonderful and offer the visitor a possible glimpse of the rare Narina Trogon. Other gems are the bat eared foxes and African wild dogs conducting their business.

The area is known for the quality of its lodges and luxurious treatment in the bush. The area is also popular because it’s close to Namibia and Angola for any 4X4 enthusiasts that will be making their trek round these parts.
