Cape Agulhas, is a little fishing village located at the Southern most tip of Africa and is also the meeting point between the Atlantic and Indian oceans. The point is also famous for having a treacherous coastline and many ships has been sunk in the old days. A quaint little village has a maritime feel and the lighthouse, the second oldest working lighthouse in the country. The 71 steps o the top and unique museum attracts a lot of visitors to the area.
LAgulhas as it’s also known is a popular fishing spot and the waters are rich with Kabeljou and Galjoen. The town comes alive during the holiday season as cottages are in abundance. The Cape Agulhas National Park is well worth a visit, and overlaps the Southern most point of Africa. Zuidste Kaap, the southern most restaurant and pub in Africa is a recommended eatery and place to wind down.

Bredasdorp, Napier and
Waenhuiskrans/Arniston are all in close proximity and have their own unique charm and is well worth a visit. The scenic views when traveling in this region will have you stare out the window and not even notice the time.
