Binga is a rural village with a district status situated in the Matebeleland North of Zimbabwe.
It is located just north of the Lake Kariba on the southern Zambezi escarpment. Binga is also nestled within mountains and thick layers of indigenous vegetation and it is popular for scenic drives. The village was established to relocate the Tonga people due to the unpredictable floods of the Lake Kariba in their homelands.
