EXPLORE Southern Lesotho

The region runs across the Sehlabathebe National Park, a park that boasts a maginficent range of wild animals and definitley worth visiting. The region is mountanious and filled with evergreen vegetation that gives it a countryside yet natural charm. The valleys abounding are a cherry on the top and hiking and trekking in the area is an absolute thrill. You can embark on one of the most scenic and stunning drives in the country, on the road  between Quthing to Qacha’s Nek which is along the Orange River. There are beautiful canyons to see here and it is a moment that needs to be captured in a photograph. Cultural tours are also ideal to take if you are interested in an alternative lifestyle. You can get up close and personal with Sotho people's traditions and disvcover different arts and crafts inlcuding pottery items which can be bought as souvenirs.
