Palmeiras Lodge is situated on mainland Mozambique 750 Km north of Maputo on the beach front in the village of Vilanculos. The village is the gateway to islands of the Bazaruto Archipelago and is easily accessible by road or by air. The lodge offers two types of accommodation. Palm Tree Lodge has 05 double bed en-suite chalets & 01 Family style - 2 bedrooms en-suite chalet with interleading doors. The lodge is set in exotic tropical gardens with a swimming pool and separate dining area. The chalets are available for bed and breakfast only. There are a number of restaurants in the village and at nearby lodges, that offer lunches and dinners. Palm Tree Lodge has a large self-catering bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The villa can accommodate 8 people and has two separate living units. A spacious Boma area with in door braai, kitchenette (equipped with basic utensils) lock up store room, fridge and freezer.
