Past tenant comments: Juanita Wilkinson May 5th 2008: Our stay in 10 Brighton Court was delightful! Thank you Caryl for a lovely clean and neat apartment! And the flowers just completed the picture of tranquility and amazing sunsets. As a family of five we really felt at home. Brighton Court is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore Cape Town and surroundings and go to the Theatre, as we did. We are in love with Cape Town and will definitely return for another stay at 10 Brighton Court! Rating: 95% overall. 5/5 for cleanliness, friendliness and security. Cathy Suzuki, United Kingdom, October 5th 2007. Delightful, the apartment was light airy and comfortable, with lovely views of the sun setting on the sea. Camps Bay was a great place to stay, with good restaurants and easy access to lots of interesting places. Hedda Baxter looked after us really well when we needed help. From: Jonathan Read. Sent: 27 February 2007 I wanted to thank you both for making our stay in Cape Town so seamless and wonderful. Caryl, you have a lovely flat that I will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cape Town. Cathy, thanks for all of your help in settling us down and for picking up the keys. The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks again and kind regards, Jonathan Read, Vice President – Investments, Wachovia Securities From: "Mark Maddox" Subject: Re: 10 Brighton Court Camps Bay February Mark Maddox Just wanted to thank you for an excellent stay in Camps Bay. Unbeatable location - 2 minutes walk from the main beach and all the restaurants and nightlife. Perfectly positioned in a quiet location with sea and mountain views and amazing sunsets! Guest Rating: 5 Guest Display Name: mark maddox, United Kingdom Excellent Position and very large/clean apartment, 21 April 2006 We had a fantastic 10 day family stay at Brighton court. The apartment was perfect - almost opposite Camps Bays beautiful beach and right next to the first restaurant (Primi) on the main drag. Very safe and secure - would definitely stay there again. We will definitely remember in future, and will highly recommend 10B. Once again thank you very much. Best regards Kallie
There is no need for a car as it is just a few steps to the beach, and all amenities (restaurants, beach bars, chemist, food stores, gym, Theatre on the Bay etc.) are just a short beach (minutes) walk away. 10 minutes by car takes you to the world renowned V&A Waterfront and in 30 minutes one is the Winelands. Take a helicopter or luxury boat tour of the peninsula from Hout Bay or the Cape Town Harbour ? both 15 minutes away by car. Sip a glass of wine and dine with friends while overlooking the beach; read a book whilst lazing on the lawn next to the beach or swim in the sea or in the rock pool directly in front of the apartment. Walk or jog for miles on the mountains (12 Apostles) or along the coast to Bakoven and Llandudno. Gym facilities one minute?s walk from your doorstep. This is hang gliding, kayaking and surfing country. The apartment has uninterrupted sea views where one can watch the summer sun set over the Atlantic Ocean as the evening envelopes the bay.
