Bizweni Villa is a spacious and luxurious holiday villa, situated in the upmarket area of Rome Glen in Somerset West. Somerset West lies on the slopes of the beautiful Helderberg Mountains and is home to the Helderberg Nature Reserve. The residential town of Somerset West lies on the edge of the Cape Winelands, and is home to the prestigious Vergelegen and Lourensford wine estates. The modern villa offers breathtaking views of the False Bay coast line and mountains. Bizweni Villa is conveniently situated close to all amenities including a large shopping mall, restaurants, beaches, golf courses and the winelands. The region is renowned for its scenic beauty, flora, fauna, wine, fruit and gastronomic experiences. The Villa sleeps 10 guests. ? Bedroom 1: Double Room with sliding doors opening up onto a large balcony that offers views of the ocean and mountains. ? Bedroom 2: Queen Room with en-suite bathroom (shower & bath). This large room with sliding doors opens up onto a large balcony with views of the ocean and mountains. ? Bedroom 3: Twin beds. ? Bedroom 4: Large Queen Room with en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors open up onto the pool, garden and entertainment area. ? Bedroom 5: A very spacious open plan Double Bedroom with a couch and coffee table. The room is downstairs and has sliding doors opening up on to the garden. En-suite with a shower. There is a large bathroom (shower and bath) located on the first floor. The kitchen is very large and fantastically equipped with Fridge / Freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and a selection of contemporary cutlery and crockery. A separate laundry area is provided downstairs. The property has a large front and back garden. At the back of the house there is an entertainment area with seating and a built in braai / barbeque. The pool has a beautiful rock water feature and a safety net is provided. A separate TV room is fully equipped with Television, DVD player, DSTV satellite and a stereo. There is a double garage provided with an additional parking space on the drive way for two other cars. The Villa is secure and fully alarmed. The Villa will be serviced once a week, arrangements can be made if guests require the Villa to be serviced more regularly. The rates for the Villa are as follows: Peak (high) Season: R2000 - R3000 per night Off Peak (low) Season: R600 - R2000 per night A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival. A R5000 breakages deposit is required upon arrival payable in South African Rands, Dollars, Euros or Pounds and will be returned upon leaving the Villa, after deduction of any damages.
