Blue Dolphin B&B is owner run and managed and an English breakfast is served on the verandha overlooking the beach. It is possible to watch the wahles and dolphins while having breakfast.

Paternoster is one of the oldest fishing villages in South Africa. White washed houses and the specific architecture ensures that this small village of only 2500 inhabitants is the gem of the West Coast. Traditional "trekking" of fish takes place in season and crayfish in season is plenty as this is the crayfish capitol of the West Coast
