Mkomazana is an historical site situated WITHIN a trans-frontier peace park; a unique property nestled at the foot of the Sani Pass in the beautiful Sani Valley. It is a nature lover's paradise and possibly the Southern Drakensberg's best-kept secret. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, bedding and towels. The units are serviced daily. Braai facilities are provided. Once in Underberg, take the Himeville turnoff. Go through Himeville Village thereafter approximately 1 km, you will come to the "Sani Pass" sign. Turn left. Continue along this dirt road, for approx 11kms. Go past the Sani Pass Hotel, which is on your right. Continue for 4.4kms beyond the Sani Pass Hotel, where you will see the Mkomazana Mountain Cottages sign on your right hand side.
