Stellenbosch is a beautiful historical town surrounded by mountains, and only 50km from Cape Town centre. It is known for some of the best wines made in South Africa, with its history going back many years. The town host a University, Techopark(hub of innivation and knowledge)and sports training facilites used by many international athletes and sportsman. There are 10 golf courses within a 50 km radius. Spier Wine estate (close by) has cheetah conservation programmes, retaurants, picnic areas, entertainment and shows.

From Cape Town (and Airport) N2 Highway direction Somerset West +-17km past Airport turn left onto Baden Powell (R310) direction Stellenbosch. Travel 6km before turning left onto Vlaeberg Road (next to Aspidistra Nursery). Cross railway line and travel 3km to find Onze Rust on the left.
