Venues4Africa.com was founded in 2004 and after 18months of thorough ground work and data collection the website www.venues4africa.com was launched in December 2005.
Since the launch we have amassed over 5,500 accommodation venues throughout Southern Africa and we can proudly say that we are the most comprehensive resource of accommodation for Southern African accommodation. Co-founders Shaun Macdonald, Rian Bornman and Jim Brown envisaged building a portal that gives all accommodation suppliers a world class platform from which they could showcase their accommodation at no cost. We have realized this vision and now provide our accommodation venues with online exposure at no cost them. South Africa remains a competitive market with countless websites capitalizing on 2010 but our focus remains on the region as a whole and our aim is to bring Nambia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique online and ultimately in a real-time environment.
With offices in Cape Town and Harare we cater for the needs of any traveller looking for the true african experience. The vision at Venues4Africa.com is to become the definitive guide to accommodation in Southern Africa, and given our database since our inception and passion for travel we are nearly there!
