Loftus Versfeld is the premier sporting venue of South Africa’s capital Pretoria. Located in
the Gauteng province, the city is about 50 kilometers from Johannesburg. This means there are three 2010 World Cup Stadiums in a 50 kilometer radius. The 51,762 capacity of the stadium will provide fans with top notch World Cup football action during the month of June. The first round matches to be played at Loftus Versfeld are scheduled for the 13th, 16th, 19th, 23rd, 25th and a second round match are scheduled for the 29th of June.
