The Lodge is situated approximately 330km south-west of Windhoek on a 44 000 hectare private reserve amidst the Namib Desert. It is located directly adjacent to the entrance gate of the Namib Naukluft Park that is sanctuary to some of the highest dunes in the world?s oldest desert, the famous Sossusvlei and the awe inspiring Sesriem Canyon. Access to the Lodge is by way of a well-maintained system of gravel roads, a mere 330km from Windhoek, 360km from Swakopmund and 506km from L?deritz. For those who prefer a speedier means of transport, the Lodge has its own landing strip and an air taxi service to facilitate the one hour scenic flight from any of the mentioned centres by way of a Cessna 210 aircraft.
