Along this beach there is a long and wide row of old pine trees - planted about 400 years ago by the Portuguese to indicate the presence of fresh water inland. The trees give an unusual European feel to this picturesque beach.
The campsite has its own restaurant and bar. There is running water, basic ablutions.
